Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nexurmedia ("Application", "Service", "Engine"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not access the Service.

2. Subscription Tiers & Credits

Nexurmedia operates on a credit-based system. Each video generation or AI effect consumes a specific amount of credits based on complexity.

• Free Tier: Limited credits per month. Assets include a permanent watermark and are for non-commercial use only.
• Plus & Pro Tiers: Monthly credit allocations with priority rendering and full commercial export rights.

3. Intellectual Property

Paid users retain full ownership and commercial rights to the final rendered video assets generated via the Nexurmedia Engine. Nexurmedia retains ownership of the underlying generation algorithms, shader code, and 3D layout engines.

4. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use the engine to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive. Specifically, you may not use the "Newspaper" or "Google Search" effects to synthesize misinformation intended to impersonate real-world entities for fraudulent purposes.

5. Service Availability

Rendering high-fidelity 3D assets is resource-intensive. While we aim for maximum uptime, we are not liable for production delays caused by cloud rendering infrastructure maintenance or LLM API latencies.
